Cable keypads LORGAR

Number of products: 4

A cable is not a compromise — it is a choice. A wired keyboard needs no charging, no pairing and no spare port for a receiver, costs less than its wireless equivalent, and never disconnects mid-match. LORGAR's wired range is mechanical, with linear switches, RGB backlighting and an aluminium top plate under a magnetic, removable cover. Below: what you gain, what this line does not have, and what to check before choosing.

Sorting applied: Latest.
A wired mechanical keyboard in the full 104-key layout, with RGB backlighting across 18 modes. The magnetic top cover lifts off without tools, exposing the switches on their aluminium top plate. The linear Dream switches have a 40 g actuation force and a declared lifespan of 50 million cycles.

What a cable actually gives you

Four things, in order.

Nothing to charge. There is no battery, so there is no question of how long it lasts with the lighting on, and no moment where the keyboard warns you about a low charge at the worst possible time. You can leave RGB running permanently, because it costs you nothing.

Nothing to pair, no modes to switch. Plug it in and it works — including in the BIOS, in an operating-system installer, and on a computer with no software installed.

No port occupied by a receiver. One USB cable instead of a charging cable plus a dongle.

A lower price. At a comparable format and with the same switches, the wired version costs less than the wireless one — the difference can go towards a larger format or a mouse pad.

Build and switches

LORGAR's wired keyboards are mechanical and use linear switches — they press evenly through the whole travel, with no tactile step and no click. The Parametry tab of every model gives the actuation force in grams, the actuation point and total travel in millimetres, and a rated lifespan counted in tens of millions of clicks per key. Those four figures, rather than the switch's name, tell you how the keyboard will type.

The build is what distinguishes this line: an aluminium top plate under a magnetic, removable cover that comes off without tools. The keyboard then switches from a classic look to a skeleton one with the switches exposed — and, incidentally, becomes much easier to dust.

The keyboards support NKRO, registering simultaneously pressed keys regardless of how many or which combination. Cable length is in the specification; some models have a detachable cable, in a coiled version.

What this line does not have

Stated plainly, so nothing disappoints after unboxing. The features LORGAR put into its wireless models — hot-swap, gasket mounting, a display and a multimedia knob — are not declared on the wired versions. If changing switches without soldering matters to you, or you want a screen showing battery level and connection mode, look at the wireless keyboards.

What both lines share: mechanical linear switches, RGB backlighting, NKRO, LORGAR PLATFORM and a 24-month warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Is a wired keyboard faster than a wireless one?

A cable is the simplest and most dependable connection — it does not drop out and does not compete with other devices for bandwidth. LORGAR does not publish a polling rate or latency measurements for its keyboards, so we do not quote figures the manufacturer has not given.

Can the switches be replaced?

LORGAR does not declare hot-swap on its wired models. If swapping switches matters to you, choose from the wireless line, where the feature is described explicitly and a puller plus spare switches come in the box.

Is the cable detachable?

It depends on the model — cable length and whether it detaches are in the Parametry tab. The range includes both fixed and detachable cables, coiled ones among them.

Does the keyboard work without installing software?

Yes. LORGAR devices are plug and play and need no drivers. LORGAR PLATFORM is a free, optional application for Windows 10 and 11 that adds macros, key remapping and game profiles.

Can I take the top cover off to clean the keyboard?

Yes — the cover is held by magnets and lifts off without tools. Some bundles include a brush and a keycap puller for cleaning.

Is there a version with Polish legends?

No. All LORGAR keyboards use the English QWERTY (US) layout. Polish characters are typed by setting the "Polish (programmers)" layout in the system and using the right Alt key.

What about warranty and returns?

24 months of manufacturer's warranty, verified by serial number; separately, 2 years of liability for the goods' conformity with the contract. You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw without giving a reason — rules in Complaints and returns, order terms and payment methods in the Shop regulations.
