Manufacturers warranty policy
Thank you for choosing LORGAR products. We are confident that your equipment will serve you for many years if you follow the operating and storage rules set out in the manual.
Warranty or complaint?
There are two independent routes available to you:
- A complaint to the seller – for 2 years from delivery, we are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract. See Complaints & Returns for details.
- The manufacturer’s warranty (a commercial guarantee within the meaning of EU law) – an additional right from the manufacturer of LORGAR products, described on this page.
The choice is yours. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend your rights arising from a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.
1. Warranty provider
The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and owner of the LORGAR brand:
ASBISc Enterprises PLC
1 Iapetou Street, Agios Athanasios
4101 Limassol, Cyprus
Registration number: HE 75069
2. Warranty period
LORGAR products are covered by a warranty for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise provided by local law.
36 months for selected models
For the models below, the manufacturer provides a free 3-year commercial warranty of durability, covering the whole product and all its components.
| Product | Model number | Warranty period |
|---|---|---|
| Gaming PC | LRG-PCA201-WH | 3 years |
| Gaming PC | LRG-PCA201-BK | 3 years |
| Gaming PC | LRG-PCP401-WH | 3 years |
| Gaming PC | LRG-PCP401-BK | 3 years |
| Gaming monitor | LRG-25LA1F400-WH | 3 years |
The three-year period runs from the date on which the consumer purchased the product. During this period, the manufacturer warrants that the product will retain the necessary functions and operating characteristics under normal use. If it does not, the manufacturer will repair or replace it free of charge.
The commercial warranty of durability is valid in all EU Member States in which the product is officially sold.
The commercial warranty of durability does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from:
- improper use of the product or use other than for its intended purpose;
- failure to follow the instructions;
- mechanical damage, dropping or impact;
- ingress of liquid or foreign objects, unless the product is designed to operate in such conditions;
- use of an unsuitable power source;
- unauthorised repair, disassembly or modification of the product;
- external events or force majeure.
Whether any of these circumstances applies is assessed separately in each case. Their mere presence does not void the three-year warranty for the product as a whole.
3. Proof of purchase
The date of purchase is confirmed by a receipt, invoice, delivery document or another document confirming the purchase that is accepted under applicable law. If you provide such a document, the warranty card does not need to be completed, signed or stamped by the seller.
4. How to make a warranty claim
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer through the “Contact us” form on the LORGAR Service Center page.
In your request, please include:
- the serial number of the device;
- photos or a video of the defect, with a detailed description of the problem;
- a copy of the document confirming the date and place of purchase.
Once your request has been reviewed, the manufacturer will send you further instructions. It may ask for additional information if needed.
LORGAR mouse pads are not handled by service centres – defective mouse pads are exchanged at the point of purchase. If you bought yours from our shop, email info@lorgar.pl.
When a device is recognised as defective
A device is recognised as defective if at least one of the following documents is available:
- a report from an authorised service centre confirming the defect;
- a non-repairability certificate issued by an authorised service centre;
- a report from a licensed expert organisation confirming the defects.
5. What the warranty does not cover
User actions and improper use
- mechanical damage, contamination or breakage caused by the purchaser;
- malfunctions resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions;
- damage caused by foreign objects, liquids, insects or animals entering the device;
- household environmental factors, including high humidity, dust or aggressive environments;
- damage directly caused by improper, unauthorised or incorrectly performed repair or modification. However, a previous third-party repair does not automatically invalidate the user’s statutory rights or access to repair services, where applicable;
- use for commercial purposes, unless otherwise provided for in a separate agreement.
External factors
- damage caused by third parties or force majeure;
- exposure to weather conditions or failure to comply with installation and storage requirements;
- power supply instability and natural disasters, including lightning, fire and flooding;
- mechanical damage, including impacts, falls, scratches, cracks and deformation;
- overloading a chair beyond the maximum permissible load specified in the operating instructions;
- exposure to high temperatures, humidity or direct sunlight;
- use of aggressive chemical cleaning agents;
- incorrect assembly that does not follow the instructions.
Other exclusions
- normal wear and tear and ageing of the product;
- absence, damage or alteration of the serial number or factory seals;
- changes to the terms stated in the warranty card without the manufacturer’s written consent;
- claims relating to functional characteristics that match those declared by the manufacturer;
- requests to adapt the product design to local conditions that differ from those of the country of certification.
6. Post-warranty repair and spare parts
After the warranty has expired, or in the case of damage not covered by the warranty, you can have the product repaired for a fee or buy a spare part. For eligible LORGAR monitor models covered by applicable EU product legislation, post-warranty repair is mandatorily available. For other product categories, repair and spare-part options depend on the model, country, technical feasibility and availability.
You can contact:
- LORGAR Technical Support through the “Contact us” form on the LORGAR Service Center page;
- an authorised service centre or an authorised sales or service partner, where such a channel is available in your country;
- any repair provider of your choice;
- or carry out the repair yourself.
In your request, please include the device model and model number, the serial number (if available), a description of the fault or the part you need, photos and your delivery address. Support may ask for additional information to identify a compatible spare part.
Spare parts and repair costs
- You can buy an available spare part from an authorised service centre or an authorised partner and give it to the repair provider of your choice.
- The price of a spare part includes its sale price, delivery to you and applicable taxes. The authorised service centre or partner provides the final quotation before the part is sold.
- An authorised service centre carries out a preliminary diagnosis, assesses whether repair is possible and provides a quotation for parts, labour and delivery.
- A repair provider you choose independently sets its own price, timeframe, repair procedure and warranty for the work performed. The manufacturer is not involved in setting these costs and is not responsible for the quality of such services, except where applicable law expressly requires it.
Self-repair
Where replacing a part yourself is technically feasible and safe, Support may provide replacement instructions, a list of the tools required, a connection diagram and safety warnings. If the repair requires soldering, work with electrical or battery components or specialist diagnostics, or affects the structural safety of the product, please use an authorised service centre or a qualified repair provider.
Availability and compatibility of parts
For product categories covered by EU repairability requirements, the spare parts required by law are available for the prescribed period, subject to the applicable ordering and delivery conditions. Other spare parts are supplied subject to availability and confirmed compatibility with the specific model. If an original part is unavailable, an equivalent part may be offered only where safety requirements are met and you are informed in advance. The delivery time is given before you place the order.
Post-warranty repair of monitors
For eligible LORGAR monitor models, you can request post-warranty repair through LORGAR Technical Support, an authorised service centre or an authorised service partner. If there is no local authorised service centre in your country, the product may be sent to a regional repair hub.
The process includes product identification, technical diagnostics, confirmation that repair is possible, a quotation (where the repair is chargeable), your approval before work begins, the repair, a final quality check and return of the product.
If repair is technically impossible, the decision must be supported by a documented technical assessment identifying the specific damage, safety limitation or other objective technical reason. The absence of a local service centre or an internal “exchange-only” classification does not in itself mean that repair is technically impossible.
7. Warranty cards
You can download and complete the warranty card:

- Asia, Africa and Arabic-speaking countries (PDF)
8. Final provisions
The manufacturer fulfils the warranty obligations required by local law, even where they differ from the terms described on this page. The manufacturer reserves the right to amend the warranty terms. Any amendment does not reduce rights already acquired by users under applicable law or under the version of the commercial warranty in force on the date of purchase.
Based on the LORGAR Warranty Policy dated 15 July 2026.
